    Description

    This is an antique Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge photo, picture, or stamp holder. It is a beautiful piece by Alfred Schickerling Jewelry Co. 51 Maiden Lane New York. It has the elk picture in relief, with BPOE around the elk with blue enamel. There is a red star above the elk, with more red at some spots on the piece. The name, "R. Hinkle" in engraved on the front, and the initials, "RRH" are engraved on the back. You can slide photos or stamps, or small papers inside, and it can be worn on a chain. It probably was worn with a clip and pocket watch. This piece is marked sterling. It will be insured for its full value, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Thanks for looking!
